Paul Hunter
Notable Videos: D'Angelo – “Untitled (How Does It Feel);” Christina Aguilera/Lil' Kim/Mýa/Pink – “Lady Marmalade;” Notorious B.I.G. – “Hypnotize”. Hunter started his career shooting spec commercials, and went on to direct one of Michael Jackson’s final music videos from his last album, Invincible. Hard work will get you everywhere.
Spike Jonze
Notable Videos: Kanye West - “Flashing Lights;” The Pharcyde - “Drop;” Björk – “It's Oh So Quiet”
Jonze has a unique style to his filming. Maybe it’s his dual role as a big-budget movie director as well, but his videos always have a cinematic feel. Turning Biggie, Puff, and Faith Evans into swagged-out toddlers in the “Sky’s The Limit” video? Genius.
